VEYA Core
Every xCOMPANION stands on VEYA Core, the family's core — the base skills are on board before we build the first custom one. You talk over Telegram or Signal and check the dashboard, right there in the browser.
Your workflows become fixed skills: defined and tested once, then the move sits — the same every time, not re-improvised on every prompt. And as with every COMPANION: limits in code first, capabilities after. What your Companion is not allowed to do, it cannot do.

Trades & construction
"We just did that on the side" — and never billed it. Spoken in briefly on site, and your Companion keeps the site diary, attaches the photos and has the change-order draft ready for you in the evening.
Garage & automotive
Once around the car: dictate the damage, take the photos. Your Companion opens the vehicle file and drafts the estimate in your structure. You review and send.
Surveyors & assessors
60 photos, dictated findings, three appointments in one day. Your Companion sorts everything into the right case file and pre-builds the expert-report draft in your structure. You review instead of typing.
How it works
60 to 90 minutes, by video call or on site: your day, your workflows, what the Companion should do. Afterwards you receive a fixed-price offer for the development pilot — or an honest no, if we do not believe it will carry.
Four to six weeks: we build the first version and your team works with it — in the real day, not on a slide. Beforehand we agree on a success criterion together, measured only in aggregate in the dashboard — no per-person tracking, no location, no stopwatch. It ends with a decision meeting.
If you say yes, it moves into the ongoing contract — and the pilot fee is credited against the first year. If you say no, we remove it from the server together with you; your data and your server are yours anyway.

What an xCOMPANION costs hangs on two questions: which skills we build and how many seats use it. That is why there is no number here — but what is fixed, is:
The briefing is free. The development pilot has a fixed price you know before the start. And on signing, the pilot fee is credited in full against the first contract year.
The ongoing contract follows the family: a 12-month minimum term, after that it renews for another year each time — cancellable with one month's notice to the end of the term. You can pay monthly or yearly. On top, as with every COMPANION: a small server (VPS, around €5–10 a month, rented from a hoster of your choice) and model costs by usage. All prices plus VAT.
After the briefing, you know your price.

For every working day no off-the-shelf product covers. For example: trades and construction (site diary, measurements and change orders by voice note), car garages (a digital vehicle file and estimates from the intake), surveyors and assessors (from site visit to expert-report draft), insurance and commercial brokers (consultation records from a spoken summary) or property managers (meeting minutes and receipts per building). If your day looks different: that is exactly what the briefing is for.

On your own server (VPS), rented in your name from a hoster of your choice. Every note and every memory lives there as a readable text file. And what your Companion is not allowed to do, it cannot do — the limits are in code, not in the terms.
No. You can just as well talk to your Companion over Signal — open source, end-to-end encrypted. We set up either together.
With an ordinary cancellation – at any time during the trial, and after the minimum term with one month's notice to the end of the term — otherwise the contract renews for another year. Write to us. Then we remove it from the server together with you.
